Join our dynamic team as you step into a pivotal role that supports the Project Management Office (PMO) within the P&LOG Supply Chain Process Management team. Imagine being at the heart of project financial administration, where you will assist in tracking savings submissions and preparing monthly accounting reports. Engage in project monitoring and coordination, ensuring milestones are met and potential delays are flagged. Your contributions will culminate in impactful PMO reporting, where you will help compile and publish project reviews. This role is not just about tasks; it’s about being part of a mission that drives efficiency and innovation in our projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist in tracking and documenting project savings submissions to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the preparation of monthly accounting reports for P&LOG projects.
- Help reconcile project financial data against submissions and reports.
- Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for regular project review meetings.
- Track project milestones and deliverables against established timelines, updating status logs.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in standard office software, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
