A Snapshot of Your Day
Comprehensively coordinating order execution—managing orders per the order management process, hosting progress meetings as needed, and communicate with clients during execution while communicating to track order updates, verify delivery dates, and follow up on payments. You also coordinate and submit client-required documents and update internal data, while ensuring timely payment collection per contracts

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Provide comprehensive coordination for order execution.
  • Manage orders in accordance with the order management process.
  • Host order progress communication meetings as required by the orders.
  • Be responsible for receiving clients during the order execution process.
  • During order execution, communicate with clients to obtain the latest status of orders, verify and follow up on delivery dates.
  • Coordinate and submit various reports and documents required by clients, such as weekly reports, monthly reports, drawing lists and drawings, production plans, test documents and plans, etc.
  • Be responsible for updating relevant report data within the company, including the initiation and information maintenance of projects in the PDSS system, shipment notifications, sales revenue forecasts, payment collection plans, and On-Time Delivery (OTD), etc.
  • For orders in the execution process, collect payment in a timely manner in accordance with the contract terms; claims for funds received via E-Bank and bills of exchange must be completed within two working days (except for cases where there is no client code). For payments after shipment, a payment collection plan must be developed, client payment terms and timelines must be understood in advance, and timely collection of payments must be tracked.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or above, master's preferred, Major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Materials, Finance, and related fields is preferred.
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience in related departments of manufacturing industry
  • Experience in international projects with teamwork, preference for candidates with experience working in different countries
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office software, excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to solve problems independently
  • Strong organizational and management skills, able to effectively organize timely responses in the event of unexpected issues in projects.
  • The position requires responsibility for accounts receivable collection and has basic knowledge of financial accounting.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with project management certification & accounting certification.
  • Great command of English speaking
  • Understanding for energy industry is a plus
