A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our global Customer Credit Operations team and take charge of executing daily credit management activities that keep our business running smoothly. You’ll work closely with colleagues and leadership on SAP-based processes, credit limit controls, and business support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Every day brings opportunities to assess customer creditworthiness, advise on key decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement. In this dynamic environment, your analytical expertise and quick problem-solving will directly impact the success of our business units across regions.



How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Execute daily customer credit management processes in SAP, including credit limit controls, order blocking/unblocking, and credit advance management.
  • Perform detailed analysis of customer financial statements, credit histories, and sector trends to determine creditworthiness.
  • Advise business unit management on credit limit adjustments and blocked order releases to support operational decisions.
  • Maintain accurate customer credit data in SAP and collaborate on risk mitigation strategies such as guarantees or collaterals.
  • Generate operational reports and monitor credit exposures while ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.


What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in commercial credit management within industrial or corporate environments, not banking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, financial ratios, cash flow, and profit/loss interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with additional languages such as German or Spanish as an advantage.


About the Team

The Customer Credit Risk Intelligence team sits within Treasury & Corporate Finance and serves a governance role in overseeing customer-specific credit risk practices across Siemens Energy. You will work alongside experts who ensure consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment in our global credit operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Credit Risk Intelligence, you’ll be part of a trusted group that collaborates closely with business units worldwide to safeguard our financial health.
