How You’ll Make an Impact

• You support the creation and execution of marketing and communication activities for the Transmission business across internal and external audiences.
• You help plan, prepare, and monitor communication content aligned with global marketing strategy and local business needs.
• You collaborate with local business units and global teams to support business communications, employee stories, and project references.
• You assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, fairs, and related communication activities.
• You support the preparation of marketing materials and product promotion activities for the Sales team.

What You Bring

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, communications, or a comparable field.
• You are a fresh graduate or at an early stage of your marketing or communications career.
• You can write clearly and effectively for different audiences in Chinese and English, with good English proficiency.
• You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly and respectfully with others.
• You bring a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
