Based from the onshore facility in Harwich and travelling offshore by CTV or helicopter, you will lead maintenance and troubleshooting activities, support the development of technicians, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with site teams, planners, engineers, contractors, and customers, you will play an important role in driving operational excellence while promoting a strong Zero Harm safety culture.

  • Collaborate with field teams, engineering functions, planners, coordinators, and senior technicians to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities.
  • Support customer interactions and maintain positive working relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of daily and weekly maintenance plans to ensure efficient delivery of service activities.
  • Monitor and communicate work progress, ensuring service schedules are achieved and operational targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate records within MORS and other electronic workflow systems to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with company standards, UK legislation, quality requirements, and environmental, health, and safety regulations.
