A Snapshot of Your Day
Define, standardize, and implement maintenance philosophies for Grid Solutions (HVDC, FACTs and Grid Access) LTSA and O&M projects. This role is responsible for converting asset requirements and OEM guidance into practical, executable maintenance plans and ensuring they are consistently deployed and operated using Omnivise Asset Management.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Establish and maintain standard maintenance concepts (preventive, condition-based, and corrective) for Grid Solutions assets.
- Translate asset documentation, service agreements, and operating conditions into clear maintenance plans, task lists, and intervals.
- Ensure maintenance plans are correctly configured, activated, and used in Omnivise Asset Management.
- Support LTSA and O&M project teams during rollout to ensure maintenance execution aligns with agreed service scope.
- Act as the operational interface between asset engineering, service delivery, and digital tools to ensure maintainable, usable outcomes.
- Standard maintenance philosophies (preventive, condition-based, corrective) implemented and active in Omnivise.
- Fleet-wide maintenance task libraries, intervals, and rule-based logic (RTF) ready for reuse across projects.
- Fully configured and commissioned Omnivise environments per LTSA and O&M project.
- Reliable, automated ingestion of asset, operating, and condition data required for maintenance execution.
- Operational KPIs and dashboards tracking maintenance compliance, backlog, asset health, and execution quality.
- Measurable reduction of LTSA and O&M project maintenance setup time by 50% within 12 months.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Significant professional experience (typically 5+ years) in the energy sector, with specific experience in High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC), Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS), or similar high-voltage technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in technical project management, service rollout, or process development within an engineering environment.
- Maintenance engineering & reliability methods (RCM, FMEA, RTF, CBM).
- Comprehensive understanding of CMMS/EAM (Maximo, SAP PM), Power BI, data automation.
- A track record of Project Planning, Workflow Management, Process Improvement, Process Development.
- Strong analytical skills are essential for evaluating complex data and making informed decisions.
