Title: Main Bearing Task Force Project Coordinator

Location: Orlando, FL

Position Overview:

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, LLC is seeking a Main Bearing Task Force Project Coordinator (Orlando, FL) responsible for technical coordination of the overall project in collaboration with resource manager and project manager. Ensure availability of equipment, tools, labor, parts, consumables and logistics in collaboration with support functions. Initiate and coordinate procurement process as needed. Responsible for identifying, mitigating and escalating deviations, re-scheduling, budget, scope and other performance related issues. Enable efficient execution of all activities with strong focus on safe work. Documentation management. Accept responsibility for the project within given limits of authority. Create communication plan, project meetings & other infrastructures as required. Promote HSE & quality culture within the entire project team. Support the creation, monitor & update of project plan, as required, to ensure efficient delivery of all project requirements. Ensure availability of technical documentation to site as required in collaboration with project manager & resource managers. Ensure availability of qualified resources, work instructions, and procedures in collaboration with project manager and resource manager. Ensure availability of all required tools, equipment, parts and consumables. Share project status reports with internal customers. 25% domestic/international travel required.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience. Experience must involve 2 years with: project management; wind industry; project scheduling and coordination; project budgeting; MS Office Suite; SAP; Power BI data analysis and report building; tool and equipment management; documentation management; risk management. 25% domestic/international travel required.
