Local treasury professional at Siemens Energy

Ensures governance, execution, and control of basic Treasury activities in an efficient way. Perform following Accounting/Local Treasury activities based on professional background and experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact  

• Support management with in-house bank activities including capturing payments into the local banking system
• Manage cashbox activities for the entity
• Coordinate the liquidity planning activity to ensure local funding of SE Angola
• Manage bank relations with core banking partners, including registration of ICC contracts and manage payment instructions to the banks
• Support with management of authorized signatures
• Act as business partner for TRE related topics.
• Support with other Accounting & Tax Activities.
• Ensures governance, execution, and control of basic Treasury activities in an efficient way.
• Compile, review and reconcile the info from Medix with VP2 invoices for ICC and Non ICC suppliers
• Prepare all payment instructions for non-local suppliers, and ensure that all the info is provided to the Local Bank
• Monitoring of interim bank accounts and proceed with the allocation posting of all open items
• Insert all manual payment to the online Bank tool for TAX and Suppliers that fail via Fi-Navigate

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree of commerce or equivalent.
• Experienced SAP user is a must (power user is plus)
• High level of accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Numerate and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Having a very good command in English language
• Minimum experience is 5 years.
