A Snapshot of Your Day
The role involves coordinating processes and providing various types of support to the Field Service Latin America Resource Management team, working closely with the Latin America Region and engaging with other international hubs. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and improving processes, consolidating data for key reports, and supporting the overall enhancement of our back office procedures.
Proficiency in English is essential due to regular communication with teams in the US and Europe. Reporting progress to the Resource Manager regularly is also part of the role. A technical degree and at least 2-5 years of experience in processes in Field Service or project coordination are preferred qualifications.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- FST General Process and Improvement
- Completing the development, maintenance, and updating of the RLA Field Service & Tools SharePoint according to business requirements to facilitate team collaboration with shared workspaces and document libraries.
- Consolidating and tracking the capabilities and training status of the Field Service team, maintaining training plans and certification statuses to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Assisting in data manipulation, analysis, and presentation related to personnel HC tracking for GS C and D. Maintaining KPI (Key Performance Indicator) scorecards, supporting the preparation of detailed reports and documentation to monitor and communicate performance metrics.
- Developing flowcharts to enhance process efficiency, documenting and refining service center operations, implementing company policies and safety guidelines, assisting with visa applications
- Monitoring and enhancing adherence and response times for FS reports, supporting the CTPAT process for tooling, liaising with vendors and customs agents for tooling shipments from the US to LA
What You Bring
- 2-5 years of professional experience in logistics and/or project coordination, Field Service, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or similar field.
- Strong skills in PC applications Microsoft Office Excel as well as analytical and written/oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline, including Business or Engineering majors.
- Bilingual: speak/write in English and Spanish.
- Basic computer and programming skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel). Manage SAP and other financial systems, including managing multiple project deadlines.
- Effective analytical, problem solving, communication and organizational skills. Works well in team and individual settings
