• Active contribution to building and strengthening a sustainability culture within the global industrial steam turbine business as part of the international sustainability team
• Validation of environmental model outputs in collaboration with subject matter experts and initiation of data corrections when required
• Preparation and presentation of findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enable transparent, data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Support of automation and digitalization efforts related to Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams on sustainability topics including reporting, sales support and responses to customer requests

• Completed technical degree at Master’s or Diploma level in mechanical or industrial engineering with focus on sustainability
• Broad understanding of sustainability principles and their practical application in engineering and manufacturing contexts
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python or Alteryx and experience in graph creation with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Initial practical experience in turbomachinery or related industrial environments with product knowledge in steam turbine or power plant technology is an advantage
• Business fluency in German and English combined with international mobility and willingness to travel up to 10 percent
• Independent, reliable and efficient working style with a hands-on mentality and motivation to actively shape sustainability initiatives beyond strategic planning
