Our Project Managers are at the forefront of handling projects with full responsibility for their Profit and Loss. The person will be the main interface within our organization and with external collaborators, ensuring that every project is completed flawlessly. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Full Responsibility for the Project Profit and Loss
• Health, Safety and Environmental responsibility but also ensure Quality in Project delivery as defined for role
• Steering external customers to meet project objectives but also internal & external suppliers for seamless project execution
• Coordinate engineering activities to ensure technical excellence and construction site activities for timely project completion
• Internal reporting (Project Reviews) to supervise and communicate progress

All these responsibilities aim to achieve customer happiness and the highest availability and reliability of our fleet.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (preferably Energy or Mechanical)
• Willingness to travel on national and international business trips
• A strong background in Project Management with proven experience
• Ability to adapt and thrive in environments with changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
• Outstanding communication skills, proactivity, and a structured approach to planning
• Autonomy, relational skills, and a strong team-working ethos
• Proficiency in English and Greek (spoken & written)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Project Management tools

We bring all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof to offer zero or low-emission power generation.
