As an Intern in the HR department, you will be a key support in the development of the team. Your main tasks will include participating in team activities, collaborating with the HR Leader to create development plans and workshops, as well as researching and implementing HR trends that can inspire our organization. You will also be involved in assessing the effectiveness of HR initiatives and supporting the HR Business Partner team in organizing developmental and inspirational workshops. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating materials and presentations in English and providing administrative assistance in organizing team meetings.
Your Internship Scope
- Participation in team activities and understanding the main challenges facing HR.
- Collaboration with the HR Leader in creating team development plans and workshops & to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and processes.
- Researching HR trends worth implementing in the organization and inspiring the team.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner team in preparing a series of inspirational and developmental workshops on leadership & for talents.
- Creating materials and presentations, mainly in English.
- Providing administrative assistance in organizing workshops and team meetings.

- Genuine enthusiasm for working in HR and creating innovative solutions.
- Interest in the future of creating effective organizations and keeping up with trends in this field.
- Ability to conduct presentations and facilitate discussions in collaboration with HRBPs, including creating necessary materials.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Proficiency in English.
- Availability 2-4 days a week – to be determined. Preferred in-office work in Warsaw.

In this role, you will work in human resources – HR Systems and Services, in a team of specialists with a global and diverse character, characterized by an open approach. This team is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and budget compliance of HR Systems and Services, taking care of appropriate HR systems and processes, as well as comprehensive execution, supporting the digital transformation of Siemens Energy. You will receive full trust and authority to succeed.
