Over de functie
You support the proposal team by developing installation concepts, schedules, and cost estimates. You coordinate closely with key stakeholders, including the project manager and regional entities, to ensure alignment. You structure and describe the installation phase using modular building blocks. In collaboration with installation companies and component suppliers, you ensure that activities follow the planned schedule, avoid disruptions to the project, and make efficient use of on-site resources. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you contribute to optimizing project-based BESS layouts.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support of tender and execution teams in planning of the installation phase, including definition of installation concepts, sequencing, schedules, costs, and required tools and infrastructure
- Support of execution projects through site visits and coordination of activities with mechanical and electrical installation companies
- Preparation of installation manuals and Bills of Quantity for quotation requests to installation companies
- Responsibility for the installation scope within projects, including issuance of erection clearance certificates and handover to the commissioning phase
- Identification and implementation of creative solutions and cost reduction strategies to ensure competitive project offerings
- Performance of risk analysis at tender stage and support of projects as part of the global project delivery team
- University degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, or a comparable combination of education and work experience
- Experience working on construction sites for electrical systems, substations, or similar projects is a plus
- Knowledge of compliance, rules, HSE, and regulations, as well as experience in bid management or site management as an advantage
- Advanced MS Office skills and a structured and well-organized working approach
- Ability to work in an intercultural environment with international teams and different company cultures, along with proficient English and German skills
- Willingness and ability to travel freely throughout Europe
