A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Industrial Cyber Security Officer (f/m/d) of SE TI STG shall ensure the cybersecurity resilience of manufacturing and production sites, business managed IT as well as Product & Solution Security. The ICSO reports within the organizational structure to the Principal Cybersecurity Officer (PCSO) of the business area SE TI of Siemens Energy and within SE TI STG to their SVP.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Develop and maintain a cybersecurity strategy for SE TI STGs portfolio, manufacturing sites, and IT
  • Implement the cybersecurity strategy to enhance cybersecurity maturity continuously
  • Support comprehensive information security for SE TI STG
  • Identify and establish necessary cybersecurity resources and setups
  • Measure cybersecurity maturity using defined critical metrics across products, services, and manufacturing
  • Facilitate a cybersecurity community/network across all Company Units and support the Principal Cybersecurity Officer

What You Bring
  • Completed studies in information technology, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a related field
  • Practical experience in managing and operating IT systems and infrastructure is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Siemens Energy Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators is a plus
  • Desirable knowledge in Cybersecurity and Information Security
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and in teams
  • Advanced project management skills and proficiency in German and English
