The IT Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering complex, high impact digital initiatives across the Siemens Energy organization. 

As an IT Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and governance requirements.  You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to modernize and enhance the organization’s technology landscape, with a strong focus on infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Develop and execute end-to-end IT project plans (local and global), defining activities, sequencing work, and monitoring execution through successful implementation.
• Deliver projects within approved scope, schedule, and budget, with transparent financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.
• Manage project phases, work packages, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams; track progress and drive timely decisions to remove blockers.
• Coordinate with technical leads, engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and external partners; lead vendors/consultants to deliver aligned outcomes.
• Own project governance as the primary point of contact: facilitate Steering Committee forums, report status and quality gates (PMI-based), manage risks/issues and escalations, and ensure cybersecurity/compliance/engineering standards are followed.

What You Bring

• 8–12+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering end-to-end technology projects.
• Strong track record managing global, large-scale, complex IT initiatives with multiple stakeholders and matrixed organizations.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise platforms/technologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments, managing user stories and backlogs, and using tools such as Jira and/or ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in English with stakeholders at all levels.
