• You begin your day by analyzing data to ensure it accurately reflects defined business requirements and targets. Working in an agile environment, you collaborate closely with the Procurement & Logistic department as well as external service providers to support data-driven use cases. Leveraging your deep understanding of the underlying technology stack, you facilitate engagement with key collaborators, help remove impediments, and enable the delivery of data solutions that generate measurable business value and support the vision of becoming a data-driven company.
• As part of the Siemens Energy ABP Procurement team, you contribute directly to energy transformation initiatives. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Take end-to-end responsibility for service operations and overall delivery.
• Engage extensively with business users and key collaborators to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain data architecture and data governance standards and guidelines.
• Design streamlined and optimized data architecture frameworks aligned with organizational data strategy and business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to developers and other partners on data architecture frameworks and standard processes.
• Ensure the quality of data concepts and technical implementations in collaboration with external service providers.
• Work with multiple functions to clarify user requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration and data availability across the organization.
• Engage with business partners to identify data requirements and develop appropriate data models.
• Implement systems to monitor, identify, and rectify data quality issues.
• Adhere to data security policies and procedures and align closely with the Cyber Security team to ensure data security and privacy.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical diagrams, workflows, and management-level summaries.

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of total IT experience, including 3–5 years of intensive hands-on experience with multiple ETL tools and platforms.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake SQL scripting.
• Good understanding of Snowflake architecture concepts, including Cloud Services, Virtual Warehouse, and Storage.
• Data modeling expertise on relational databases, particularly for data warehousing use cases.
• Experience with Data Warehouse and Planning solutions.
• Experience in building end-to-end data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in data migration activities.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines using AWS, Azure, and GCP data services.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and PL/SQL, including creating stored procedures.
• Good-to-have knowledge of Qlik and Power BI.
• Very good English language skills.
• Very strong intercultural communication and collaboration skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in international environments.
