  • Drive cost reduction, lead time optimization, and supplier technology improvements to strengthen Siemens Energy’s market position.
  • Oversee part qualifications for new engine programs and upgrades, collaborating closely with engineering and product development.
  • Develop suppliers to achieve outstanding performance and ensure all procurement activities comply with agreements, rules, and regulations.
  • Act as a key communication link across procurement, engineering, and operations, ensuring transparency and alignment on blades and vanes activities.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding international teams.
  • Strong partner management and the ability to influence across functions and regions.

  • Strong commercial attitude with a focus on cost, delivery, and performance.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
