- Strategic Roadmap: Shape and propel the Digital Finance Transformation roadmap, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with Siemens Energy’s financial priorities through collaborative co-creation with all stakeholders.
- Initiative Coordination: Lead the charge in coordinating cross-functional digital finance initiatives, ensuring strategic coherence and successful delivery across Corporate and Business Area Finance in a federated model.
- Governance & Operations: Establish robust governance frameworks, initiative planning, and effective communication rhythms to drive success.
- Digital Literacy & Culture: Design and champion programs that enhance digital finance literacy, fostering a digitally fluent and engaged organization.
- Program & Change Management: Build and nurture a team of program and change managers to support strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Proven success in leading strategic transformation programs, ideally within finance or enterprise functions.
- Exceptional ability to coordinate complex initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups, driving collaboration and alignment.
- Experience in program and change management, with a strong focus on digitalization and process innovation.
- A track record of developing talent and fostering growth through coaching, mentoring, and structured development programs.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams around a shared vision.
