A Snapshot of Your Day 

As the Head of the License- and JV management in the Partnering Organization, your team of interdisciplinary experts are responsible for partnering design, implementation of strategic targets with key internal and external alliances. Your team is working in close cooperation with respective experts through the organization. Your task covers the collaboration with external partners for the current assets and current product portfolio. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive activities to identify and evaluate opportunities for new partnerships
  • Developing strategies and concepts for sustainable business relation with external partners
  • Implement existing License Contracts and JV contracts incl. financial reporting
  • Create a high-performance team

What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, energy technology, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of power generation, preferably in strategy, business development, or product management.
  • Proven skills in strategic project management, leadership, and decision-making
  • The capability to think outside the box, with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
  • High communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Experience working in multicultural environments, demonstrating the ability to navigate and respect different cultural perspectives
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
