- Collaborate within the global leadership team to drive and support our Digital Grid strategy, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision.
- Lead and supervise global teams and projects, ensuring flawless coordination and supervision across various regions and subject areas.
- Develop and implement electrification strategies and handle large-scale investment projects, creating comprehensive roadmaps for our energy customers worldwide.
- Drive business development by showcasing our services and solutions to both existing and potential clients, highlighting our capabilities and fostering growth.
- Strengthen and expand customer relationships globally, maintaining optimal customer satisfaction while driving business development and sales initiatives.
- Completed university degree in engineering, business or economics, PhD or MBA or equivalent experience is considered an advantage
- Long-term working experience in consulting in electrical utilities, industrial decarbonization, sustainability, digitalization
- Experience and expertise in Hydrogen, Smart Grids, Carbon-Footprint Reduction Technologies and Renewable fields preferred
- Validated knowledge and experience regarding the design and implementation of technology adoption roadmaps for electrical utilities or industrial consumers
- Good communication skills in a business environment - proficient in English. German is a plus
- Ability to foster creativity, collaboration, customer orientation and diversity in your work environment as well as strong skills in organization, strategic thinking, training, executive-level communication and problem solving
