As an HR Consultant at Siemens Energy, you will start your day with a team huddle to review ongoing projects and discuss any new challenges. You'll dive into meaningful projects that directly impact our organizational efficiency and employee happiness. How You’ll Make an Impact/职责与挑战
• Provide professional consultation on human resources policy and operational support to the organization/为组织提供关于人力资源政策的专业咨询以及运营方面的支持
• Support employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues concerning working conditions as well as people-related issues/通过调查和解决有关工作条件以及与人相关的问题,来支持员工关系方面的活动
• Assist Line Managers in addressing specific people topics by advising on options within the context of company policy and local labor law/在公司政策和当地劳动法的框架内,为直线经理提供可行方案的建议,协助他们处理特定的人员相关事务
• Manage data and documentation handling at a local level as required/根据需要在本地层面管理数据及文件处理工作
• Support HRBP on the implementation of local HR activities and projects in alignment with organizational requirements/配合组织的要求,支持人力资源业务伙伴(HRBP)开展本地的人力资源活动和项目
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or HR team, ensuring all actions are completed with precision and in a timely manner/承担经理或人力资源团队分配的临时任务,确保所有工作都能准确无误且及时地完成
What You Bring/综合素质要求
• Bachelor’s degree and above/本科学士学位及以上学历
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist/具备3至5年人力资源通才的工作经验
• Understanding of local labor law, HR processes, and tools/了解当地劳动法、人力资源流程以及相关工具
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach/具备较强的问题解决能力以及以客户为中心的工作方法
• Good command of English, allowing you to communicate effectively and build positive relationships/熟练掌握英语,能够进行有效的沟通并建立良好积极的人际关系
• A proven ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating outstanding organizational skills/具备可靠的独立工作能力以及团队协作能力,展现出卓越的组织能力
