A Snapshot of Your Day 

In this role, you will help Siemens Energy HR launch its AI journey and bring our new HR AI Strategy to life. You'll translate big-picture strategic goals into clear, actionable project plans, managing the timelines and resources needed to make them a reality.

On a typical day, you will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand their needs, clear away obstacles, and keep everyone aligned on priorities. You'll guide teams in designing AI solutions that are both innovative and practical, ensuring we use our budget efficiently and avoid duplicate work.

As projects move forward, you will oversee their daily execution and ensure that new AI tools blend seamlessly into our everyday HR processes. You’ll also spend time sharing progress updates with leadership and exploring the latest trends in Generative AI—experimenting with fresh ideas to guarantee our HR AI roadmap stays ahead of the curve.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of HR AI projects, including scoping, business case development, resource planning, and full lifecycle execution from concept to post‑launch support
  • Provide operational steering for all HR AI initiatives and PoCs by managing timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring efficiency and avoiding duplication of effort
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption through comprehensive change management strategies, readiness assessments, training activities, and transparent cross‑organizational communication
  • Serve as the central liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors, ensuring requirements are met, expectations are managed, and global HR teams are fully engaged
  • Contribute to AI solution design by assessing feasibility, advising on scalable architectures, and ensuring alignment with HR systems, governance standards, and data privacy requirements
  • Continuously track GenAI trends, experiment with new applications, validate innovative concepts, and recommend improvements based on performance and business impact
What You Bring
  • Degree in IT, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
  • Strong project and change management capabilities, including project planning, stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and risk management
  • Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in HR and enterprise environments
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities, including IT systems analysis, data analysis, and business process improvement
  • Deep familiarity with HR processes and the ability to translate functional needs into technology‑enabled solutions
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset combined with coaching abilities to support and guide project teams and peers
