A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Regional PMO Digitalization and Initiatives Lead you will support the GT Order Execution Americas Leadership Team with critical support in regional initiatives and activities. You will drive and manage digitalization topics supporting internal processes and ensure regional initiatives are progressing towards completion, identify areas of optimization and improvements in efficiencies This role will interface with a global team while interfacing directly with factories around the world.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Acting as the regional product owner for digital tools supporting Order Execution, including backlog prioritization, roadmap definition, and value realization tracking
  • Providing the regional leadership team with digitalization development and rollout of Mendix applications and PowerBI dashboards supporting the Project Management process
  • Supporting the global rollout of Mendix applications within Order Execution
  • Driving process improvements across the region through the use of Artificial Intelligence
  • Supporting the development of new digitalization initiatives that increase productivity and efficiency throughout the Order Execution process


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3 or more years of experience in digital tool implementation. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Proven experience developing Mendix applications and building Power BI dashboards; hands‑on knowledge of SAP data architecture and data extraction is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both operational teams and senior stakeholders, translating technical insights into strategic outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, preferably within Project Management, Order Execution, or operations‑driven environments.

Travel, as needed (~20%).

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
