How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide engineering support for technical queries related to the auxiliary systems on Siemens Energy Large gas turbines, primarily in Middle East. Act as the engineering interface between global Auxiliary engineering and the projects at ME region, requiring 40% onsite presence.
• Support near-shoring activities, including Engineering onsite support and data analysis for GT auxiliary components.
• Handle daily tasks like quality notifications and source inspections. Ensure successful troubleshooting for issues related to GT Auxiliary systems. Clarify quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Engage in technology exchange with global teams and utilize existing tools & systems for documentation.
• Promote a zero-harm culture in all work environments.
• Additional duties, if workload permits, include preparing technical documents for maintenance scope and issue resolution, leveraging global fleet experience to assist customers, presenting technical solutions in meetings, and providing on-site support at Power Plants. Collaborate with a global network of specialists within Siemens Energy while maintaining a customer-first approach to meet regional demands.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Intermediate knowledge of Siemens Energy Gas Turbine technology (Mainly on Auxiliary systems).
• Familiarity with operation, manufacturing, and materials.
• Structured work approach for successful qualifications/industrializations.
• Flexibility for global tasks beyond Middle East Region.
• Excellent English communication skills with strong collaboration and networking abilities.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
