- Preparation, coordination, and oversight of forecast, budget, and reporting activities for the global OSO function
- Development, monitoring, and analysis of key performance indicators to steer financial performance and support continuous improvement
- Execution of financial planning and analysis activities, including cost center controlling and transparency on functional financials
- Support of strategic planning and decision-making in close collaboration with the management team
- Acting as financial interface between controlling, technical functions, and commercial stakeholders across CD&NUC
- Representation of the OSO Finance function within the SAP S/4HANA (S4E) migration project as key liaison
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in finance or controlling, ideally in a global business environment; experience in comparable industrial or energy technology companies desirable
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and analytical tools such as Alteryx and SAC, with a strong affinity for digitalization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
- Proactive, structured, and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership for processes and projects
