- Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial guidance and insights on pricing, financial performance, and process-related topics
- Deliver financial analyses, forecasts, and business scenarios that support strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and SAP data to increase transparency and enable real-time performance monitoring
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analyzing financial and operational data, translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Drive the automation and digitalization of finance processes by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of new digital solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Longstanding professional experience in finance, controlling, business analysis, or finance business partnering, ideally within an international industrial or service environment
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, combined with solid business acumen
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and other business intelligence or analytics tools, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights
- Proven experience in process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with fluent German and English
