A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Finance Digitalization Expert (f/m/d) you work closely with the Global Service Operations organization, transforming financial data into meaningful business insights. You partner with stakeholders to support pricing decisions, improve financial transparency, and drive process digitalization. By combining your finance expertise with data analytics and business intelligence tools, you help optimize reporting, forecasting, and financial processes while enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing financial guidance and insights on pricing, financial performance, and process-related topics
• Deliver financial analyses, forecasts, and business scenarios that support strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and SAP data to increase transparency and enable real-time performance monitoring
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analyzing financial and operational data, translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Drive the automation and digitalization of finance processes by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of new digital solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Longstanding professional experience in finance, controlling, business analysis, or finance business partnering, ideally within an international industrial or service environment
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, combined with solid business acumen
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and other business intelligence or analytics tools, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights
• Proven experience in process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with fluent German and English

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
