We are looking for a Hands-on Mechanical Technician for Service on Steam Turbines worldwide. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for maintenance and repair work on Steam Turbines at customer sites. Your role will involve overhauling and maintaining activities, utilizing your technical expertise and organizational skills to ensure efficient operational while traveling extensively across diverse locations.

• Promote Safety and Quality Standards: Commit to health and safety protocols and quality assurance practices, fostering a safe working environment for yourself and your team during field service operation.

• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide, adapting to varius working conditions and cultural environmets.

What You Bring 

• Hands -On Mechanical Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical technician, specifically in maintenance on the field.

• Good English lenguage skills.

• Solid understanding of Steam Turbines (large or industrial), enhancing technical expertice on the field.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring accurate execution of machanical tasks.

• Proeficient in using computer software and tools relevant to mechanical maintenance and documentation. Ideally SAP

• Open to extensive travel and flexible working arrangements, adapting to various global locations.

About the Team

You will have the opportunity to work within one of the fastest growing areas of the Siemens Energy business. You will be required to carry out all day-to-day field service, maintenance and/or installation activities with minimal direction ensuring compliance with customer satisfaction, quality and safety standards while leading by example.
