How You’ll Make an Impact

• Uphold a zero-harm culture by adhering to and promoting all EHS standards and practices.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to report progress, resolve technical issues, and identify service opportunities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and system problems, coordinating with engineering for effective solutions.
• Provide on-site technical guidance, manage schedules and deliverables, and prepare detailed service reports.
• Travel domestically and internationally for field assignments, including extended stays and deployments in developing regions.
• Work flexibly under challenging conditions and varying shifts, maintaining physical readiness for field and machinery tasks.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification, with a strong foundation in mechanical systems.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in overhauling centrifugal, axial, integrally geared, or reciprocating compressors, with advanced precision measurement skills.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately.
• Professional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written; proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and PLCs, with an understanding of commercial and contractual boundaries.
• Holds a valid driver’s license and passport (or able to obtain one); capable of completing offshore survival training and global travel requirements.
