A Snapshot of Your Day
We are a dynamic field service team specialising in the implementation, modernisation and development of innovative assembly and commissioning solutions. As an expert in the definition and implementation of global mobility concepts, you will be an important partner in this environment, contributing to increasing our flexibility during service assignments at home and abroad. You will strengthen our team and be a dedicated Field Service Mobility Expert who supports management and resource planning as a central point of contact for all fundamental mobility topics (with a focus on immigration and taxes, among others).
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Central point of contact and coordinator for the global mobility issues of the TI STG FST SDE unit, including the development of mobility concepts, escalation management in fundamental issues as well as for specific individual cases
- Customised and conceptual advice on the topics of immigration, taxes and social security as well as the development of corresponding solution concepts with the involvement of the specialist departments
- Supporting the organisation in adhering to the relevant national and international compliance guidelines
- Liaising between management, executives and employees, both internally and externally with our partners and service providers
- Networker for coordination with CP and GS as our central partner organisations and contribute significantly to our business success through activities and support
- Degree in business administration, international management or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Many years of experience in international project management
- International and intercultural professional experience (either through a stay abroad or corresponding professional responsibility in Germany)
- Good experience in the areas of global mobility and tax law, willingness to travel to our national and international locations for business purposes
- Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, basic knowledge of the use of AI and Copilot
- Fluency in German and English
