Over de functie
You will commercially manage complex medium-to-large-scale bids, including sales and tender activities, while engaging with diverse customers and consortium partners across countries—contributing to the global energy transition.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Prepare customer bids in close collaboration with the bid team and relevant partners such as legal, tax, and financing experts
- Review the customer requirements from a commercial point of view and work out the required bid deliverables and strategies for an successful offer
- In case provided by the tender: check and align with external consortium partners
- Set up the offer cost forecast for the bid together with the bid core team
- Take responsibility for the commercial aspects of the offer calculation
- Prepare and present the Limits of Authority (LoA) based on the blocking issue level needed and act as a sparring partner for regions and bid team members
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules and guidelines including LoA, NCM, tax, trade finance or currency guideline
- As part of the negotiation team, represent the commercial and financial aspects of the bid in customer negotiations
- University degree in business administration or related fields or equivalent experience
- Experience in commercial bid and commercial project management for projects in direct end-customer constellations
- Solid skills in offer preparation, contract negotiation, financing, accounting, and reporting principles, contract-, claim- and risk management
- Advanced knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent communication skills in business- fluent English and German
- Being used to regularly presenting results to management
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on tender requirements
- Hands-on attitude to successfully manage the full scope of financial and commercial activities
