- Work closely with Project Management, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Procurement teams, along with Erection & Commissioning specialists, to effectively manage bid activities tailored to project setups.
- Perform detailed evaluations of customer specifications and contract documents, and prepare and negotiate contracts with clients and partners to ensure compliance and alignment with project objectives.
- Planning and Calculation for Project Management, Quality Assurance, and EHS personnel, as well as Site personnel (including Site Management, Erection Management, and Commissioning). This includes assessing work permit requirements, estimating site operational costs, and determining necessary project services for successful execution.
- Prepare installation and commissioning time schedules for respective bids, while organizing and facilitating constructability review sessions with Erection and Commissioning experts to assess project feasibility and optimize execution strategies.
- Collaborate with specialists from the Civil, Erection, and Commissioning Departments to evaluate project risks, define appropriate mitigation measures, and assist Procurement, Civil, and Erection teams in developing effective project-specific procurement strategies for onsite activities.
- Prepare Quality Gate documentation prior to bid submission to the client and present it to Erection and Commissioning Management for approval of project costs and assessment of risk exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil-, electrical- or mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience working on international construction sites. Advanced knowledge of Construction and / or Commissioning Concepts.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal), additional foreign language skills (German)
- Experience with Power Plant Technologies, Proposal Preparation, Contracting and Execution Processes, Claim Management and experience in project management and environmental, health & safety standards.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex processes, advanced negotiation, evaluation and Decision-making Skills
- Flexibility to travel internationally, performing negotiations with our Customers and Partners
