Join our dynamic Offshore Engineering Equipment department as a Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading projects within our equipment portfolio. Envision leading complex projects that focus on the transport, storage, and installation of key turbine components. You will collaborate with a talented team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction while bringing innovative products to market in a rapidly growing global company. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will execute projects, ensuring the development of equipment for turbine components related to transport, storage, and installation while scoping projects and aligning deliveries with key stakeholders from inception to handover.
• You will ensure effective delivery of high-quality solutions, motivating your team and leading the overall project scope.
• You will handle a network of technical specialists to realize customer-specific components, systems, or solutions, coordinating engineering subject areas and facilitating collaboration with involved engineering units, including handling their interfaces.
• You will perform risk management, continuously evaluating risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will engage with diverse teams, empowering project members to demonstrate their skills and ensuring seamless integration and success in our projects.
• Please note that this role may require travel of up to 20-40 days a year, depending on project needs.

What You Bring

• You have five years of experience in project management, demonstrating a consistent track record in leading complex projects.
• A university degree or equivalent experience in engineering is an advantage, improving your technical expertise in this role.
• You are a dedicated, fact-focused teammate who thrives in complex, changeable environments with strict deadlines.
• You excel at problem-solving and approach assignments qualitatively, allowing you to effectively address challenges.
• You have excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and can work effectively with diverse teams.
• You have strong oral and written English skills, and experience with New Product Development involving multiple stakeholders and suppliers is a plus.

About the Team

You will join a diverse and collaborative department of around 20 project managers, organized into two teams, each led by a dedicated team lead. We work across a broad spectrum of equipment development projects – from early-stage innovation to optimization of existing solutions. A key focus of our work is building positive relationships with our most important stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and success in our projects. Our team is characterized by a strong sense of collaboration, a balance of professionalism and informality, and a high degree of diversity. With colleagues based in Denmark, Spain, Poland, and India, we operate in a truly global setup where most of our collaboration takes place online via Teams. We continuously strive to improve our internal processes and procedures to support efficient and high-quality project execution.
