From developing detailed drawings to supporting installation teams on-site, you'll actively contribute to advancing energy solutions. Whether you're troubleshooting issues or seeking ways to enhance system efficiency, your expertise will be pivotal in driving quality, sustainability, and excellence in every project.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Design and Optimize: Develop electrical systems for industrial gas turbines, ensuring compliance with China codes, global standards, and customer requirements.
Collaborate: Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to qualify vendors, innovate designs, and simplify scopes for both China and global markets.
Lead Execution: Create detailed drawings such as single-line diagrams and circuit layouts, configure systems to meet project needs, and inspect equipment for quality assurance.
Support Projects: Partner with installation and commissioning teams, provide troubleshooting expertise, and ensure smooth project execution on-site and remotely.
Drive Innovation: Participate in product development, conduct reviews and FMEAs, and seek opportunities for continuous improvement in engineering, hardware, and software.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on power generation.
At least 3 years of experience in power plant engineering, including electrical system design, analysis, and application of industry codes and standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer focus skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills to interface with diverse teams and organizations.
Preferred experience in electrical engineering departments, EPCs, design institutes, or as part of a core engine supplier.
