A Snapshot of Your Day
The Project Documentation Manager is part of Grid Technology projects and supports the successful execution of complex energy infrastructure projects. The role focuses on coordinating project documentation, aligning with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, suppliers, and customers, and ensuring that documents are delivered in line with project requirements and timelines. A key part of the day-to-day work is to create transparency across documentation workflows, follow up on open items, clarify requirements, and keep all stakeholders informed. By keeping documentation processes structured and aligned, the Project Documentation Manager contributes to reliable project execution, quality, and successful customer delivery.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as the primary point of contact for all documentation-related matters for the assigned project teams, including engineers, suppliers, and clients.
- Coordinate and expedite the review and approval of documents among various internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
- Organize and maintain a systematic and traceable flow of information and documentation throughout the project.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of project documentation, including version control, review, approval, distribution, and archival in the document control system.
- Ensure all project documents comply with internal quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory specifications.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Library Science, or Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in document control, document management, or a related project support function.
- Experience in teams with international setup and/or multicultureral and international partners
- Strong English skills, German language skills are very welcome
- Strong communicator who works collaboratively, makes sound process-aligned decisions, takes a proactive, solution-oriented approach, remains resilient under pressure, and manages time and responsibilities effectively.

Our Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid. The power grid is the backbone of the energy transition. Siemens Energy offers a leading portfolio and solutions in HVDC transmission, grid stabilization and storage, high voltage switchgears and transformers, and digital grid technology.
The Collection Department is responsible to collect Siemens Energy’s Accounts Receivable in a timely fashion while providing that service in a cooperative customer service environment. It is our responsibility to report the status and trends on eachbusiness unit’s Accounts Receivables to the management of those BU’s.
