A Snapshot of Your Day

Start the day by reviewing new delivery requirements from Order management teams. Review of status of deliveries currently in process. Communications: Respond to queries to Hotjobs mailbox from Order management regarding delivery status, urgent same day requests, updates or modifications to existing deliveries. Collaborate with FAST Planning Supervisor on priority orders for the day. Ensure deliveries get shipped on time!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain high level of communication with customers and members of the customer service cell.
• Ensure compliance to customer delivery requirements, assisting the team determine workload and flow for the Siemens Energy PSDO business.
• Understand customer demands and work to deliver a high on time delivery (OTD) performance.
• Clearly articulate customer needs to internal warehouse team.
• Work with all owners of the PSDO business and various departments to ensure the receipts, inspection and shipment of materials.
• Analyze and maintain data required by the customer to meet the demands of OTD performance.

What You Bring

• High school graduate 5+ years of experience in a productive warehouse or logistics center environment.
• 3 + years of working and interacting directly with end customers.
• SAP EWM system knowledge experience is required.
• Proficient in effectively conveying customer needs and assessing performance.
• Problem solving ability to resolve root cause for customer issues.
