A Snapshot of Your Day

In your role as a Contracts Professional, you will be at the forefront of managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for our valued customers. Your day will involve collaborating closely with client managers to understand their clients’ needs and ensure that our service offerings align with their expectations. You will support negotiations and coordinate with internal teams to streamline the MSA process, ensuring compliance and risk management are prioritized. By fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, you will contribute to the overall success of our business development efforts and drive sustainable growth in the region.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the business negotiations for regional master service agreements for GS Distributed Customers in conjunction with the legal team, including acting as account manager for the risk assessment.
  • Oversee the LOA process for the necessary negotiations of master service agreements and project-related initiatives in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
  • Support the Head of Business Development as required, which may include market evaluation and analysis on key market segments or clients, and competitor profile development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and enhance service offerings to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation, legal, compliance.
  • Ability to interact with and effectively present to senior management.
  • Excellent leadership and people focused management skills
  • Experience with client relationship management and handling commercial negotiations.
  • Familiarity with aftermarket services (Service Programs, field service, parts, revamps)
