Votre rôle
En tant que CPM, vous serez pleinement responsable de toutes les questions d’ordre financier liées aux projets de service que vous gérez, y compris la gestion des contrats et des réclamations, la planification et le reporting financier dans le respect des normes IFRS et la conformité à la réglementation en vigueur.
Votre rôle consistera à piloter la performance financière des contrats de maintenance des parcs éoliens onshore et d’en assurer un reporting transparent à votre hiérarchie. Vous travaillerez en collaboration permanente avec les équipes opérationnelles auxquelles vous apportez votre soutien en vue d’exécuter les projets conformément aux objectifs définis (transparence, coûts, qualité, etc.) et de garantir la satisfaction client.
Vos responsabilités
- Créer et contrôler les projets assignés dans notre système SAP selon la méthode de comptabilisation du chiffre d’affaires en fonction du pourcentage d’avancement (POC)
- Réaliser le contrôle/suivi et le reporting mensuel des coûts réels du projet
- Identifier et gérer les risques et les opportunités des projets assignés
- Gérer la trésorerie des projets et assurer le suivi des créances en contact direct avec les clients
- Établir des prévisions de projet en étroite collaboration avec les responsables opérationnels afin de garantir une qualité de prévision élevée
- Mettre en place des mesures pour améliorer la transparence des coûts et la productivité. Assurer le suivi et le contrôle des mesures en coopération avec les partenaires techniques
- Apporter un support et une expertise aux équipes commerciales en vue de la négociation des contrats sur les sujets de votre domaine de compétences
Vos compétences
- Vous avez un Master ou équivalent en contrôle de gestion et/ou en finance
- Vous avez acquis plusieurs années d’expérience (3 à 5 ans) dans le contrôle de gestion projets, idéalement dans le domaine du service industriel ou de l’énergie
- Vous maitrisez l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit et avez idéalement déjà eu une expérience à l’international
- Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et démontrez d'excellentes capacités d’analyse
- Vous avez une appétence particulière pour les outils informatiques (Microsoft Office au moins). La connaissance de SAP, Power BI, VBA et analysis pour office sont un plus.
- Vous avez idéalement des connaissances en ingénierie contractuelle
- Vous avez le sens du travail en équipe et êtes proactif(ve), vous êtes motivé(e) pour piloter la gestion du changement et apporter une valeur ajoutée au sein de l’entreprise
- Vous disposez de solides aptitudes à la communication et à la coopération
We are looking for a project management controller (Commercial Project Manager) to ensure the monitoring and financial optimization of our onshore projects.
As CPM, you will be fully responsible for all financial matters relating to the service projects you manage, including contract and claims management, planning and financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and compliance with current regulations.
Your role will consist of managing the financial performance of maintenance contracts for onshore wind farms and ensuring transparent reporting to your hierarchy. You will work in permanent collaboration with the operational teams to whom you provide your support with a view to executing projects in accordance with defined objectives (transparency, costs, quality, etc.) and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create and control assigned projects in our SAP system using the revenue accounting method based on percentage of completion (POC)
- Carry out control/monitoring and monthly reporting of actual project costs
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities of assigned projects
- Manage project cash flow and monitor receivables in direct contact with customers
- Establish project forecasts in close collaboration with operational managers to ensure high forecast quality
- Implement measures to improve cost transparency and productivity. Ensure monitoring and control of measures in cooperation with technical partners
- Provide support and expertise to sales teams with a view to negotiating contracts on subjects in your area of expertise
What You Bring
· You have a Master's degree or equivalent in management control and/or finance
· You have acquired several years of experience (3 to 5 years) in project management control, ideally in the field of industrial service or energy
· You are fluent in oral and written English and have already had international experience
· You are organized, rigorous and demonstrate excellent analytical skills
· You have a particular appetite for IT tools (Microsoft Office at least). Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, VBA and analysis for office are a plus.
· You ideally have knowledge of contract engineering
· You have a sense of teamwork and are proactive, you are motivated to lead change management and bring added value within the company
· You have strong communication and cooperation skills
