As nuclear facility upgrades drive increased project volume and financial complexity, you will play a critical role in ensuring strong financial oversight across a portfolio of complex contracts.

You will focus on three key areas: Financial Project Management & Controlling, Business Partnering with technical and leadership teams, and Financial Reporting & Analysis. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making in a highly regulated and technically complex environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead the full financial lifecycle of complex nuclear field service projects, including bid development, project setup, execution, and closeout.
  • Perform cost controlling, variance analysis, and revenue forecasting to ensure alignment with budgets, contract milestones, and business targets.
  • Maintain financial data integrity within SAP and other systems, including project structures, cost plans, billing plans, and invoicing activities.
  • Act as a key finance business partner, advising project managers and leadership on financial performance, risks, and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders to support operational and strategic planning.
  • Drive accurate financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
What You Bring (Requirements)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, project controlling, or a Commercial Project Management (CPM) role, preferably within energy, power generation, or industrial services.
  • Strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, cost accounting, forecasting, and corporate finance principles.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, with the ability to manage complex project financials and reporting structures.
  • Excellent analytical, influencing, and communication skills, with a high level of accountability and ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
