A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role within the Transformers Service Austria department, based in either Weiz or Linz, you are responsible for the accurate commercial execution of service projects. This includes the preparation and management of all necessary documentation for project reviews, project meetings, and audits. You will ensure that all financial aspects are handled correctly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success and compliance of the projects.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Ensuring correct project execution from a commercial perspective
  • Support in setting up a service repair workshop regarding the implementation of commercial processes
  • Responsibility for compliance with all guidelines of commercial project execution according to PM@SE, e.g., financial regulations, tax and customs issues, etc.
  • Participation in the digitization of commercial processes and support in commercial matters across locations within the service network
  • Close partnership with technical project management and ongoing coordination with end customers, other service employees, and management


What You Bring

  • Completed higher commercial education (e.g. HAK, HLW, HTL) with an affinity for numbers
  • Professional experience in the commercial field is an advantage
  • Proven knowledge and experience in project management are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills; familiarity with SAP is a advantage
  • Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and a structured way of working

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 51.314,34 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
