Position Title: Commercial Project Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Commercial Expert, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and financial execution of Service Orders within the Compression Service Organization. Acting as a finance partner to the Sales and Project Management teams, you will ensure strong financial performance, compliance, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

You will operate in a dynamic international environment, contributing to bid preparation, contract negotiations, forecasting, and project execution while ensuring alignment with financial and commercial standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Review, analyze, and negotiate financial and commercial terms for customer proposals and Master Frame Agreements
• Ensure accuracy of cost calculations and pricing structures during contract negotiations in collaboration with Sales Leads and Project Managers
• Provide commercial support to project teams in line with PM@SE guidelines and contractual requirements
• Manage all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects, including revenue recognition, forecasting, cash flow, and margin optimization
• Monitor and manage project risks and opportunities while supporting continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15, local GAAP, tax regulations, legal requirements, and foreign exchange policies
• Prepare and present regular project and financial status reports to management and stakeholders
• Support efficient project execution by ensuring strong financial governance and operational transparency
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams across multiple countries
• Travel when required to support operational and commercial activities

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in Finance, Business Administration, or Project Execution environments
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting principles
• Experience with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of commercial project execution, contract management, and financial controlling
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
