As a Commercial Officer at Siemens Energy, you’ll be at the heart of dynamic project management, supporting the Commercial Project Manager in driving impactful financial strategies and operations. You’ll engage in meaningful projects that enhance financial transparency and efficiency, directly influencing team success and client satisfaction while contributing to Siemens Energy’s mission of sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with the Commercial Project Manager to streamline project activities and ensure financial KPIs are met.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and input to support project financial management and decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, and urgent payment requests to maintain financial accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee commercial invoicing processes, including raising debit/credit memos and ensuring accurate billing.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to provide insights for project management and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure seamless project operations and adherence to company policies.

What You Bring

• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting or related with strong proficiency in financial analysis and data management, with experience in SAP and other financial tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• A solid understanding of contract management, risk assessment, and claim management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience in handling project-related tools and systems, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement, contributing to team and project success.
