A Snapshot of Your Day
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical features, ensuring alignment with partner needs to drive business success.
- Engage with relevant partners to gather insights and feedback, contributing ideas and development steps to enhance and improve existing processes.
- Collaborate with other Siemens Energy communities to improve collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with multi-functional teams to capture requirements and deliver effective data solutions, including preparing data pipelines and creating comprehensive reports using Power BI.
- Interpret and analyze data to derive operational insights, providing utilization analyses to identify bottlenecks, particularly concerning available personnel and resources.
- Support strategic workforce planning through data-driven forecasts and scenario modeling, while visualizing analyzed data in modern dashboards and crafting impactful presentation slides for stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of statistical software, data interpretation, and predictive model development.
- Proficiency in Power BI, with familiarity in the Snowflake environment and SQL.
- Knowledge of Python, data modeling, ETL processes, data governance, data visualization, and data science.
- Business fluency in English and German.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, coupled with a collaborative team attitude.
