A Snapshot of Your Day
Join a team where you lead budgeting and forecasting for cost centers and drive sharp variance analysis. You calculate hourly rates, keep revenue recognition and billing on track, and manage forex hedging and money pulling. You oversee accounts receivable and payable while monitoring Purchase-to-Pay and Inter Company Clearing to keep cash flowing. You dive into the P&L and balance sheet, review GL line items, and clear risks across GR/IR, A/R, A/P, FAR, vendor retention, advances, and interim accounts. You create and maintain records for foreign delegations—from individual orders to ISA and SLA—and ensure RBI FEMA compliance for open IDPMS and ORM. You partner with internal and external auditors, deploy risk and internal controls, and champion digitalization to boost efficiency and effectiveness. You also play an active role in re-org activities, creating new cost centers and supporting PH and GG mapping.
How You’ll Make an Impact
· Budgeting / Forecasting for cost centre and variance analysis
· Cost centre controlling including hourly rate calculation
· Revenue recognition and billing
· Account receivables and payables management
· P&L and Balance sheet analysis and maintenance
· Creation and maintenance of records for foreign delegations e.g. Individual orders, ISA, SLA etc.
· Forex hedging and money pulling
· Interaction with Internal and external auditors
· Active involvement in re-org activities e.g creation of new CC, PH & GG mapping etc.
· Monitoring and Controlling of the Purchase to Pay activities
· Monitoring and Controlling of the Inter Company Clearing (ICC) Process
· Controlling of RBI FEMA compliance for the clearance of open IDPMS & ORM
· Balance Sheet Review to mitigate all potential risk by monitoring and timely clearing of the line items related to GLs (eg. GR/IR,A/R, A/P, FAR, vendor retention, advances, interim etc.)
· Support in Controlling topics such as fixed asset controlling, variable costing, inventory controlling, available and utilized capacity and OH planning
· Deployment of Risk and Internal controls in Business Controlling
· Driving the Digitalization initiatives for overall process efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Bring
· CA/CMA with post qualification experience of 3 to 7 years
· Working experience in large scale manufacturing/ service industries preferably in SAP environment
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Strong commercial proficiency, able to understand the business behind the data
· A proactive and learning-oriented approach, with a commitment to personal and professional development.
· Self-motivated and adaptable, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic team environment and navigate a multicultural workplace.
