A Snapshot of Your Day

The Bid Strategy Solutions Architect is a dual focused role responsible for both building AI-driven bid enablement tools and using those tools to actively support bid execution. This position bridges solution architecture, AI enablement, and hands-on bid support to drive high-quality, scalable, and efficient bid outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve AI-driven tools that support cost calculation, solution modeling, and proposal development. These tools will standardize best practices, improve accuracy and speed, and enable Bid Managers to translate customer business needs into competitive technical and commercial solutions.
  • Use the AI tools created to produce cost models, technical inputs, and proposal content, directly supporting the Bid Management team. In this capacity, you will contribute hands-on expertise to live opportunities, ensure consistency and quality across bids, and help scale bid team capacity without compromising accuracy or strategic intent.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to determine and document within the proposal the optimal way to bring together the customer’s business needs and technical solutions in a manner that supports the customer’s long-term goals
  • Representing the technical solution within a clear concise customer focused proposal
  • Support cross-functional teams and establish the appropriate internal / external resources to drive opportunity solutions
  • Support activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in solution development, technical writing, and proposal creation.
  • Experience crafting executive-level summaries focused on business value and customer outcomes
  • Basic knowledge of the U.S. power industry, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Project management, engineering, or field service experience is a plus
