As a FEED Manager at Siemens Energy, your day will be dynamic, focusing on supporting global sales for Aero Derivatives Turbines (AGT). You will engage with Pre-FEED and FEED companies across the UK, identifying efficient Siemens Gas Turbine solutions for various project phases. Imagine the thrill of building positive relationships, determining the most suitable technical fit for projects, and positioning our products for success in competitive bidding scenarios. Your contributions will be pivotal in improving our market presence and driving project success, all while working in a collaborative and ambitious team culture.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Support global sales teams during the project development phases, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Identify and recommend the most suitable Siemens Gas Turbine solutions for conceptual designs, PRE-FEED, and FEED phases.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with Pre-FEED and FEED companies in the UK, encouraging long-term partnerships.
• Strategically position Siemens Energy products to improve chances of winning projects during bidding phases.
• Actively contribute to Siemens Energy’s success in a competitive global market, collaborating with colleagues across various regions.
• Improve project outcomes through your expertise and flawless execution of strategies.
What You Bring
• Extensive experience and a robust network in the Gas Turbine market for Oil & Gas and Power Generation, both in the UK and globally.
• Solid technical expertise and strong communication skills, facilitating successful interactions with a variety of customer collaborators.
• A proactive approach to building relationships and developing accounts, demonstrating ambition and drive.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management, bringing to bear internal resources to achieve success.
• Willingness to travel as needed to engage with contractors and clients effectively.
• Determination to successfully implement strategies and improve Siemens Energy’s market position.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalization of the fleet.
