A Snapshot of Your Day

This position will be supporting the Service Programs North America Central & Distributed organization in Siemens Energy. Supports in organizing and maintaining office supplies/files. Schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, events and equipment; answers telephone calls, takes messages, responds to questions, and directs callers to appropriate parties, as necessary; sorts and distributes mail, fax, make copies, files. Drafts and edits semi-complex memos and other correspondence. Participates in the preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other documents. Participates in maintaining database information. Job duty requires the candidate to work from the office in Orlando in person!

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support GS NA PM department, in collaboration with the respective GS NA PM management team (i.e. GS NA PM CP Head, SE GS NA PM C Head, etc)
  • Implements the strategy for the NA Region including the implementation of synergies required to increase efficiency and optimize operational performance.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards & policies as it impacts the role.
  • May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects)
  • Manages calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain files and records – using M-Files & SharePoint. Fluent in SAP & Ariba invoicing.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with cross-cultural teams, crafting diverse communities, and building a collaborative GS work environment.
  • Experience in managing external collaborators (Customers, Vendors, Partners).
  • Critical thinking, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, active listening, & effective + influential communication skills a must.
