Grid Technologies
Het stijgende aandeel hernieuwbare energie (renewables), de groeiende vraag naar energie, de verouderende infrastructuur en de toenemende complexiteit vereisen nieuwe aansluitingen, maar ook de opwaardering en vernieuwing van bestaande netwerken.
Over de functie
- Drive and implement small to medium-sized AI initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with regions, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, effective delivery and smooth integration into operational workflows
- Collaborate with business teams to identify, refine, and validate AI use cases, supporting the deployment, ensuring smooth integration of solutions into operational workflows
- Analyze existing processes to uncover opportunities for digitalization and AI integration, actively contributing to making workflows more efficient, structured, and AI-ready
- Support AI adoption across the organization by enabling teams to work confidently with new tools and solutions, while providing clear, transparent reporting on progress, issues, and opportunities
- University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Several years of experience in project management, digital initiatives, or process improvement, with first-hand exposure to AI, data-driven, or digital transformation topics
- A solid hands-on mindset and the ability to independently drive implementation, translating requirements between business and technical teams with clarity and structure
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and digital technologies, paired with analytical thinking and a genuine focus on process improvement and practical outcomes
- Strong communication skills and a proactive working style, with experience collaborating across cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus, Willingness to travel internationally is required
