A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our Site Resource Sourcing (SRS) department as a Student Worker to support day-to-day business activities, including internal and external reporting, preparing department presentations, handling internal IT administration, and assisting with account setup for external technicians. You will contribute across our two main areas - contractual/commercial topics and operational technicians’ recruitment & deployment - providing support as required. We’re also open to accommodating tasks based on your interests where possible to ensure a meaningful learning experience while supporting team priorities.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Improve timeliness and accuracy of internal and external reports by consolidating data and maintaining dashboards/KPIs
  • Provide flexible support across both areas: contractual/commercial (document preparation, tracker maintenance) and operational deployment (schedule/resource updates)
  • Contribute a fresh perspective and adapt tasks based on interests where possible, while meeting department needs

What You Bring 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented team player
  • Strong communication skills in English language
  • Solid proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)

About the Team

SRS is a 15-member team spread across seven countries, known for a flexible, high pace, and open minded culture. We act as the main stakeholder for all external contractors and are responsible for approximately 600 external technicians, interfacing extensively with multiple internal departments. Our distributed setup enables swift, coordinated responses across time zones, and we place a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration - sharing knowledge, solving problems together, and delivering outcomes that support both operational deployment and contractual/commercial needs.
