- Over 4 years of experience in corporate immigration, global mobility, or employment-based visa support (U.S. and/or Canadian experience strongly preferred), allowing you to manage cases with confidence and accuracy.
- Proven strengths in global mobility, workflow management, and project coordination, with a track record of driving process efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and risk management skills, ensuring governance, compliance, and thorough documentation across all activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, including collaboration, influencing skills, and clear verbal and written communication with employees, leaders, and external partners.
- Critical thinking, accountability, and sound judgment, enabling you to manage competing priorities while delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes.
