A Snapshot of Your Day
The Training Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of training programs and initiatives across the training team. This role ensures that training projects are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about learning and development, project coordination, and supporting organizational growth. You will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support end-to-end coordination of training projects, including needs assessment, planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Track training project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work with the instructional team to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with instructional designers, trainers, and external vendors to ensure delivered content meets the desired objectives.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with instruction team to adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Work with management to Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
What You Bring
- High-School diploma required, Bachelor’s and or degree in Business, Training Development, Project Management, or a related field is a plus!
- 2+ years of relevant experience in training coordination or project management without a degree.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Microsoft Project preferred.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
